Ingredients:
• 1 Vienoise bread
• 4 thin slices, Chicken mortedella
• 4 slice tomato, thin
• 4 slice cucumber, thin
• 2 cheese slices, cut into triangles.
• 1 Lettuce leaves
• 30 gms Mayonnaise (American Garden)
• Salt/pepper to taste.
• Tomato ketchup to taste
• Black olive (garnish)
Method:
• Slice vienoise bread in the middle.
• Spread mayonnaise evenly both sides of bread.
• Squeeze tomato ketchup & add salt/pepper as required.
• Arrange lettuce leaves & cheese triangles.
• Then arrange slices of tomato & cucumber, one by one.
• Then arrange chicken mortedella slices.
• Top, garnish with black olives & serve.
Other Requirement:
• Wear gloves always while handling food.
• Clean and sanitize the food contact surfaces before starting preparation.
• Keep the ingredients chilled and reduce the time outside the chiller.
