Smoked Salmon Sandwich


• 150 gms mayonnaise
• 30 gms capers, drained & chopped
• 50 gms tablespoon chopped parsley
• Pepper to taste
• 2 teaspoons butter, room temperature
• 8 slices Brown bread
• 4 pieces (slices) smoked salmon
• 8 cucumber slices.


• In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, capers, parsley and pepper; set aside.
• Spread butter thinly over bread slices; spread mayonnaise mixture on each bread slice.
• Divide salmon and cucumber slices evenly over 4 slices of bread.
• Top with remaining bread slices.
• Cut each sandwich in half diagonally.

Other Requirement:

• Wear gloves always while handling food.
• Clean and sanitize the food contact surfaces before starting preparation.
• Keep the ingredients chilled and reduce the time outside the chiller.
