Ingredients:
• 1 vienoise bread
• 1 Chicken hot dog sausage
• Grated cheddar cheese
• 30 gms Mustard squeeze(American Garden)
• 30 gms Mayonnaise (American garden)
• Tomato ketchup
• Salt/pepper to taste
Method:
• Grill chicken hot dog sausage on griller or bake in oven.
• Slit vienoise bread in the middle.
• Apply enough mayonnaise both side of bread evenly & dash of salt/pepper to taste.
• Place cooked hot dog sausage in the middle.
• Squeeze mustard sause & tomato sauce on top of sausage in zig-zag form.
• Top with grated cheddar cheese.
Other Requirement:
• Wear gloves always while handling food.
• Clean and sanitize the food contact surfaces before starting preparation.
• Keep the ingredients chilled and reduce the time outside the chiller.
